1) SAFETY – Take a look  at our Fox 8 News safety segment on Youtube.  You’ll see what can happen when proper procedures aren’t followed.  You’ll also see that Fox 8 chose OMG for this interview for a reason!  We take safety seriously – we’re fully insured, licensed by the State of Ohio Department of Agriculture,  maintain logs for all of our equipment, offer extensive training for all equipment operators, and have  well-kept equipment that is cleaned and disinfected regularly.

2) SERVICE –  We are here to serve you! Everybody from our phone staff to delivery drivers and warehouse helpers are trained to make sure the customer comes first.  We offer convenient services like delivery, set-up, and tear down of all items, OMG trained attendants to supervise your event as needed, and free invitations to make your party planning easier.  We also maintain relationships with many local vendors to ensure that we can point you in the right direction if you need something we don’t offer.

3) SELECTION- Aside from the first Laser Maze in the USA, we have the best 3D Mobile Video Gaming Theater in Ohio! Plus, we just completed the development of a slightly more compact gaming theater so that we can expand our service in the Akron/Canton area while providing great value.  We have a huge inventory of inflatables available at 2 convenient NE Ohio locations. Our inventory includes inflatables, mechanical bulls, concessions, dunk tanks, laser tag, and more!  We offer customer pick-ups on most items, online ordering, and extended summer hours.  For your next event OMG has what you want, when you need it at a great value.

4) SATISFACTION – We have thousands of satisfied private and corporate customers.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your OMG Experience, please let us know.  We send automated surveys after every rental, but certainly don’t mind a phone call to let us know what we can do better…or what we’re doing well.  Without your feedback and total satisfaction, we can’t offer service at the level we are aiming for.  We appreciate your suggestions as much as your referrals!
