The weekend that just passed was extremely busy, but went very well. We had more orders on June 9, 2012 than ever in a single day! We expected there to be hiccups – but we had only a few minor bumps in the road. In fact, when I jumped online to take a look at the reviews that filtered in already, I couldn’t help but smile!!
It’s moments like these that remind me what OMG is all about : We’re not just providing entertainment and party rentals, we’re doing it better than anyone around. It’s tough to keep things in perspective when your cell phone dies after 179 calls like it did last Thursday at 7pm – but this type of response is exactly why we continue to move forward. We’re not just fulfilling more orders than ever before – we’re doing it WELL.
As time goes on, we seem to get more and more glowing reviews….not one-liners either…but full paragraphs explaining how we impacted certain events. Thanks to all of the OMG staff for making the weekend of June 9th something to remember!! This seems to a bit over the top…but I really couldn’t make some of this stuff up!!! Enjoy:

Please provide a detailed description of your experience with OMG and your impression of our company as a result: – We hosted an end of the school year celebration party for our first grader and our kindergartner along with 24 first grade/kindergarten friends. This was the BEST money spent to host a kids party!!! Every boy played in the mobile video game truck or jumped in the bounce house for the entire 2 hours, only stopping to eat food between locations. The guys that ran the video game truck and bounce house were AWESOME!!! They kept the kids attention with changing up the games and having the boys give different games a try. They actually had the kids come off the truck to clean up their plates and drinks before being able to go back to playing. They even got all the boys quietly off the truck at once to come up and say “Thank you!” at the end without the boys complaining that it was time to stop. They really did an excellent job! I would highly recommend OMG!!!

Imagine 20 ten year old boys running around like wild animals, then the OMG! truck arriving. Then SILENCE for two hours. Wow! Thank you for the best boys party ever. Each of your staffers were friendly and helpful over the phone and Josh was super cute and just amazing with the kids. I have a GREAT impression of your company.

Please provide a detailed description of your experience with OMG and your impression of our company as a result: – person taking order by phone put down wrong date for bouncy house. so, item ordered was not available when we arrived to pick up. person in office was able to provide comparable item that satisfied us.
Provide anything else we should be aware of like suggestions contact info praise criticism etc: – people picking up were very quick to pack up item and were very nice to the kids to get them out of item and were nice to the kids who wanted to watch them take down item and they also explained what they were doing when the kids asked questions. the kids were dissapoined to see the inflatable go, but they were very entertained by the guys who picked up inflatable.

I am so grateful that OMG was able to provide prompt and wonderful service with only a 1 day notice. They arrived on time to set up and pick up. The staff was wonderful. I just fill sorry for them because they had to look like the bad guys when we had to make the kids get out of the bouncer. I will definately use this company again and will surely recommend them to my friends and co-workers
