What makes OMG different?

OMG’s top-notch service, exclusive items, and unique inflatable inventory set us apart from every other rental company in Northeast Ohio.  We have the first Mobile Laser Maze in the USA, have the best 3D Mobile Video Gaming theater in Northeast Ohio, and are the only company in the area with 3 Gaming Theaters on the road!  We have a vast inventory (which is cleaned and sanitized after each use) in two locations and a staff that puts our customers’ needs first.

OMG has thousands of satisfied customers, and we hope to add you to the list! We’re striving to be the best one-stop-shop for all your party rental needs ; inflatables, gaming theaters, tents, tables, chairs, concessions, dunk tanks, laser tag….the list goes on!

Are You Insured?

Yes! We carry 2 million dollars of liability insurance and all of our inflatables are inspected and licensed.  We take safety very seriously and offer safety courses to all of our employees.

For a minimum of $35, or 7% of your total order , we can provide you with additional insurance coverages.  This coverage will add you to our liability insurance as an additional insured and provide you with a damage waiver for incidental damage that may happen during your event.  This coverage is mandatory for all inflatables located in public parks and does not cover misuse, abuse, or negligence.  

Deposit & Cancellation Policies


To lock in a date for any item, we require a 1/3 non-refundable deposit by major credit card. This can be done online if it is a pick-up order.  For OMG Deliveries and Gaming Theater rentals, you must call in. The outstanding amounts due are payable upon pickup at our warehouse or delivery to your event.

Deposits are non-refundable as our inventory has been reserved specifically for you.  It is your responsibility to have an indoor option for your event.  If you cancel 24 hours in advance of your contracted event based upon projected rain probability of 40% or more according to weather.com. OMG will provide a rain check for the amount of your deposit.  Should you be unable to use this rain check, we can provide a transferable gift certificate which can be donated to the charity of your choice or given as a gift to others.   All other cancellations must be done at least 72-hours in advance to receive a deposit rain check.  Deposits are never refundable, and are only eligible for a rain-check under these conditions.

Inclement Weather – Inflatables can not be operated in rain or high wind. OMG cannot assume weather related risks.  OMG’s desire is that all of our customers have full use and safe enjoyment of their inflatable rental.  Unfortunately, once our delivery has arrived at your event, all the costs of providing a clean and sanitized inflatable have been incurred.  OMG cannot provide refunds for limited or no use due to weather.  Please make your cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your event.

OMG shall have the sole and unilateral right to cancel deliveries should the weather not be conducive for the set up and safe operation of your inflatable.

Do You Deliver To My Area

We typically limit inflatable deliveries to 20 miles from either our Solon or Akron Warehouse, and our gaming theater deliveries to 30 miles from either warehouse. However, larger events and unique situations often enable us to broaden that radius.   Our secondary markets listed below (beyond a 25 minute drive) may have certain restrictions or time cut-offs.  If you don’t see your event location listed, feel free to call 440.822.3960 and a representative will assist you.

Primary markets for the Solon office are Aurora, Bainbridge, Beachwood, Bedford, Brecksville, Broadview Heights, Brooklyn, Chagrin Falls, Chesterland, Cleveland Heights, Cuyahoga Heights,  Garfield Heights, Gates Mills, Hudson, Independence, Lyndhurst, Macedonia, Maple Heights, Mayfield Heights, Nortfield, Novelty, Parma, Peninsula, Pepper Pike, Remindersville, Richmond Heights, Sagamore Hills, Shaker Heights, South Euclid, South Russell, & Twinsburg.

Secondary markets for the Solon office include Avon, Avon Lake, Berea, Brookpark, Cleveland, East Cleveland, Columbia Station, Fairview Park, Hiram, Highland Heights, Lakewood, Middleburg Heights, North Olmsted, North Royalton, Olmsted Falls, Rocky River, & Westlake.  *In order to keep all scheduled commitments, our latest pickup time in these areas is 7:30pm in June/July & 7pm at all other times.  Special provisions may be made and should be detailed in the comment section of your order.

Primary markets for the Akron office are Akron, Barberton, Bath, Brimfield, Canal Fulton, Clinton, Copley, Fairlawn, Coventry, Cuyahoga Falls, Dowylestown, Green, Hartville, Hudson, Jackson, Kent, Lakemore, Mogadore, New Franklin, North Canton, Norton, Rootstown, Stow,  Tallmadge, & Wadsworth.

Secondary markets for the Akron office include Alliance, Brunswick, Canton, Lousiville, Massillon, Medina, Plain Twp, Ravenna, Richfield, Rittman, Streetsboro, & Strongsville. *In order to keep all scheduled commitments, our latest pickup time in these areas is 7:30pm in June/July & 7pm at all other times.  Special provisions may be made and should be detailed in the comment section of your order.

Do You Deliver To Public Parks?

Customers having parties in public parks must acquire our damage waiver and additional liability insurance.  The cost is 7% of the order, with a minimum of $35.  Park customers must have a 2-hour window where they will be at the park for both the delivery and pickup.  All rentals to public parks must be completed no later than 7:30pm between Memorial Day and July 31st.

How Much Do Deliveries Cost?

There will be a $65 delivery/set-up/tear-down charge for the first inflatable you order.  The second inflatable is $60, and each one thereafter is only $50.  These charges include a 15 mile delivery range from either our Solon or Akron warehouse. Additional mileage is charged at a rate of $2/mile, and is only charged one way regardless of the number of inflatables. For example, one item delivered 17 miles would incur a total $69 delivery/set-up/tear-down fee, while two items to the same location would cost $129.

Our gaming theaters are priced to include free delivery within 20 miles of their “home warehouse”.  The Akron Video Game Theater & Diamond Heist Laser Maze are stored at our Akron location, while the Cleveland Video Game theater is stored in Solon.   Additional mileage is charged at $3/mile, one-way only. So a 25 mile delivery for a gaming theater would incur a mileage fee of $15.

 

How early can I get my items delivered? How long can I keep them?

Our inflatable deliveries include 6-hours of use.  Additional time, overnights, or multiple day rentals can be arranged by your OMG representative.  Delivery times change with the seasons (and sunrise/sunset).  See the chart below which applies to our primary delivery areas (within a 25 minute drive of either warehouse). Outlying areas may have different cut-offs.

What Time Can I Pick Up My Items & When Are They Due Back?

  Sunrise to sunset.  Our warehouse locations have limited hours of staffing.  See the chart below for available pickup times on weekends.  For your convenience, weekday & off-season pickup and return times are coordinated with the warehouse manager to accommodate scheduling.  The warehouse manager will be listed on your order along with his phone number.

What if I Need My Item For Additional Hours or Multiple Days?

When available, you can increase your rental period of delivered items at the rate of $10/hour(excluding premium items) provided the extended time is consistent with OMG’s hours of operation in your area.  Later ending times can be attained through overnight rentals.  Standard Bouncers are $35 overnight and all other inflatable items have a $50 overnight fee.  Discounted pricing for multiple items or days are provided on a customized basis by speaking with an OMG representative at 330.745.4545 or 440.822.3960.

 

 

Do you Service Corporate Clients Like Schools, Businesses, and Churches?

We service many businesses, non-profits, school, churches, synagogues and other organizations. Please contact us so that we can design a custom package to fit your specific needs and budget based on the age and quantity in your group.

Do You Donate Items?

We take pride in being an active philanthropic organization within our community.   If you are requesting a discount or donation, please fill out the form found here and mail / fax / send it in.  We make every effort to accommodate requests from qualified 503 (c) charities, yet we are extremely limited on inventory on Saturdays. Many times we can provide gift certificates for auctions, prizes etc… when inventory is not available.  Please send your completed form to 27100 Richmond Rd #4 Solon OH 44139, or fax it to 440-822-3960.
