    What makes OMG different?

    OMG’s top-notch service, exclusive items, and unique inflatable inventory set us apart from every other rental company in Northeast Ohio.  We have the first Mobile Laser Maze in the USA, and have the best 3D Mobile Video Gaming theater in the Ohio rental market.  We have a vast inventory in two locations and a staff that puts the customer first.

      OMG has thousands of satisfied customers, and we hope to add you to the list! We’re striving to be the best one-stop-shop for all your party rental needs ; inflatables, gaming theaters, tents, tables, chairs, concessions, dunk tanks, laser tag….the list goes on!  We’ll be adding new inventory as time goes on to ensure we have what you want when you want it.  Just give us a shot…we’re confident you’ll like what you see.

    Are You Insured?

    Yes! We carry 2 million dollars of liability insurance and all of our inflatables are inspected and licensed by the State of Ohio annually. We take safety very seriously, and have maintained an impeccable safety record with the state.

    For only $10, we can add you to our liability policy which would make you an ‘additional insured’ for the date of your event.  This is an inexpensive cost for a lot more piece of mind!

    Do You Deliver To My Area

    We typically limit inflatable deliveries to 20 miles from either our Solon or Norton Warehouse, and our gaming theater deliveries to 35 miles from either warehouse. However, larger events and unique situations often enable us to broaden that radius. If you are unsure, feel free to call 440.822.3960 and a representative will assist you.

    How Much Do Deliveries Cost?

    Any inflatable is $60 delivered within 10 miles of either warehouse. Additional mileage is charged at a rate of $2/mile, and is only charged one way. Each additional inflatable carries the same $60 delivery/set-up/tear-down fee but will not incur additional mileage charges. So one item delivered 15 miles would incur a total $70 delivery/set-up/tear-down fee, while two items to the same location would cost $130.

    Our gaming theaters are priced to include free delivery within 20 miles of either of our warehouses. Additional mileage is charged at $2/mile, one-way only. So a 25 mile delivery for a gaming theater would incur a mileage fee of $10.


    Do You Require a Deposit?

    Yes. To lock in a date for any item, we require a 1/3 non-refundable deposit by major credit card. You can complete this transaction by phone, or online if it is a pick-up order. The remainder is due when the item is picked up at our warehouse or delivered to your event.

    Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel by 9pm the night before your event for any reason, we will keep your deposit on file as a rain-check for future use. No-calls or no-shows may be charged the full amount of the rental. If anything comes up, please contact us as soon as possible.


    Are Your Products Cleaned and Inspected?

    Yes! In order to remain licensed and insured, we maintain detailed maintenance logs for every inflatable we own. 

    What Time Can I Pick Up My Items & When Are They Due Back?

    Typically, pick-ups are available on the morning of your rental between 7:15am and 9:00am. In the off-season (September 15-April 30th) they are typically available from 8:00am-9:30am. You will get a call the day before your rental as a reminder. Please be sure to confirm warehouse pick-up times as periodically adjustments have to be made. If you do not receive a confirmation call by 6pm the day before your delivery, please call us at 330.745.4545 or 440.822.3960.

    Return times are as follows : May 7-9pm on all days except Saturday which is 7-9:30. June-August 7-10pm, except Saturdays which is 7-10:30pm. Sept-April is 7-9pm or by appointment only.

    What if I Need My Item For Additional Hours or Multiple Days?

    Special pricing for extended delivery times, overnight rentals, multiple items,full-weekend rates and other unique circumstances can be discussed with a representative at 330.745.4545 or 440.822.3960.

     

    Do you Service Corporate Clients Like Schools, Businesses, and Churches?

    Of course!  We’ve serviced hundreds of businesses, non-profits, school, churches, synagogues an other organizations. We have a variety of standard and premium items to fit any budget and service any number of guests.  Check out our corporate packages and after prom idea page for more info.

    Do You Offer Anything For Free or Donate Items?

    Yes! We have FREE invitations in 2 formats to make your planning a little bit easier.  We also donate quite often to non-profit organizations fora variety of reasons.  If you are requesting a donation, you must first fill out the form found here and mail / fax / send it in for further consideration. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate all requests and review them on a first-come, first served basis.
