Our 3D Mobile Video Gaming Theater is PERFECT for winter events!  If you haven’t seen it yet, check out our Facebook Page for some pictures and videos from recent events.  With room inside for 16 players, our self-powered and heated gaming theater is a nice break from the typical winter birthday party options.  Anywhere we can park, we can throw a party!  There are (4) 55″ TV’s inside linked together through X-Box 360 System Link which can display ANY game we offer in mind-blowing high definition 3D quality.  Backing up the huge TV’s are 4 surround sound systems with 4 seat shaking powered sub-woofers!  And speaking of seats…our theater is the only in the area to offer 2-tiered theater style seating.  That’s right…we have an 8′ high theater ceiling which accommodates two rows of custom seating !

1) SAFETY - Take a look above at our Fox 8 News segment on safety.  You’ll see what can happen when proper procedures aren’t followed.  You’ll also see that Fox 8 chose OMG for this interview for a reason!  We take safety seriously – we’re fully insured, licensed by the State of Ohio Department of Agriculture,  maintain logs for all of our equipment, offer extensive training for all equipment operators, and have  well-kept equipment that is cleaned and disinfected regularly.

2) SERVICE -  We are here to serve you! Everybody from our phone staff to delivery drivers and warehouse helpers are trained to make sure the customer comes first.  We offer convenient services like delivery, set-up, and tear down of all items, OMG trained attendants to supervise your event as needed, and free invitations to make your party planning easier.  We also maintain relationships with many local vendors to ensure that we can point you in the right direction if you need something we don’t offer.

3) SELECTION- Aside from the first Laser Maze in the USA, we have the best 3D Mobile Video Gaming Theater in Ohio! We also offer over 40 inflatables available at 2 locations, concessions, dunk tanks, laser tag, tents, tables chairs, generators and more!  We offer customer pick-ups on certain items, online ordering, and extended summer hours.  Whatever you need for a memorable event can be found through OMG or our affiliates.

4) SATISFACTION - We have over 2000 satisfied private and corporate customers.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your OMG Experience, please let us know.  We send automated surveys after every rental, but certainly don’t mind a phone call to let us know what we can do better…or what we’re doing well.  Without your feedback and total satisfaction, we can’t offer service at the level we are aiming for.  We appreciate your suggestions as much as your referrals!
